     I’ve been working in real estate since 2002. The first eight years of my career were spent in the mortgage industry, and since then, I’ve been a dedicated residential real estate broker. This combined background gives me a powerful edge—understanding both financing and the market inside out.

     I grew up in Whatcom County; I know all the neighborhoods, plus I’m an area expert—I know all the great trails, the mountains, the lakes, and our beautiful San Juan Islands.

     For Sellers, I bring a detailed, strategic approach—from staging and pricing to a marketing plan that drives results. Plus, being married to an appraiser gives me added insight on property value, so my clients make fully informed decisions every step of the way.
