Preston is a licensed real estate broker and a certified residential real estate appraiser. Preston grew up in Whatcom County and graduated from Western Washington University with a degree in accounting. He is married with three grown children and three grandchildren. Outside of real estate, he enjoys playing golf, fishing, time on Lake Whatcom and exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Working in construction as a summer job during college led to 25 years as a self-employed speculative home builder and real estate developer. Real estate has always been his passion, and he would like to share his expertise in helping clients find their perfect home or investment property.
